da marjack bet: According to Turkish media outlet Takvim, Stoke City defender Bruno Martins Indi is a loan target for Turkish giants Fenerbahce, and Southampton must hijack any potential move by offering Jack Stephens to the Potters as part of the deal.
What’s the word, then?
da aviator aposta: Well, Takvim report that the Dutchman wants to leave the Britannia Stadium following the club’s relegation to the Championship, and Super Lig outfit Fenerbahce want to bring him to Turkey.
Takvim say that they have already had one proposal for the 26-year-old rejected, and they are now going to try again with an offer of a loan deal that would lead to a permanent move.
It is certainly no surprise if Stoke boss Gary Rowett isn’t keen to let the Netherlands international go just yet given his shortage of centre-back options – Martins Indi, Shawcross and Cameron are their only options right now, and it is clear that they want at least another option given they have been heavily linked with James Chester.
Why should Southampton enter the race for Martins Indi?
Well, while Saints boss Mark Hughes has added to his defensive options with the addition of Jannik Vestergaard, the consensus among the St Mary’s faithful is that they could do with another experienced body given their almost disastrous 2017/18 campaign.
The likes of Stephens and Wesley Hoedt largely didn’t look to be up to the task last term and during pre-season so far, and the former in particular looks as though he needs a loan spell away to toughen up a little.
A chance to play for Stoke in the Championship could be something that benefits all parties, and Hughes, who must sign a prolific 21-year-old striker dubbed ‘the new Luis Suarez’ to sort his side’s goalscoring woes, would surely be keen to work with a player he signed for the Potters during his time in charge – especially if it would be a loan deal with a view to a permanent move.
